LIFE CHANGES

Image
It's been awhile since I last posted.  My last post was about my trip up the Reservoir in a Ranger boat.  That was a truly special day. AND, then I got to go again, but this time we took care of the boat docks out in the reservoir.  That really opened my eyes as to what all the Rangers really do as part of being a Ranger.   It was actually a fun day cleaning off duck poop on the docks.  You'd have to know Ranger Michelle to know why it was FUN!! Here we are at one of the 7-8 boat docks on the reservoir.  One part of the Ranger's job is to periodically use hoses to clean the duck poop off the docks.  I can't remember now, how often they do it, but you can imagine what a mess ducks make, so it's probably a weekly job. GROSS duck poop......just imagine the rest of the dock.....blech!!! I even got into the act and actually enjoyed doing it.  Probably because I was behind the hose and didn't have to actually touch the stuff....
